Terms of use and license
These terms apply to the Cuemend app and to licenses bought on this site.
Using Cuemend
You may use the free version without charge. Only process subtitle and video files you are allowed to use; Cuemend does not remove copy protection and is not meant for infringing copyright.
License
- Lifetime: for one person, on their own devices, for private or business use, for Cuemend version 1.x.
- A license is a one-time purchase. It unlocks one-click auto-sync, batch processing with ZIP download and two-language subtitles.
- Do not share or publish your license key.
No warranty
Cuemend is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Automatic sync and encoding detection are estimates and can be wrong; check the result, and keep your original files. We are not liable for lost data or indirect damages, to the extent the law allows.
Payments and refunds
Prices are in US dollars; USDT amounts include a few cents that identify your order. Because the app can be tested for free before buying, sales are final unless the law requires otherwise. If something doesn’t work as described after buying, contact us and we will try to help.
Consumers in the EU/EEA normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content it ends once delivery has started with your express consent: at checkout you confirm that you want the license key delivered immediately after payment and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the key has been delivered. We confirm this in the e-mail that contains your key.
Not affiliated
Cuemend is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by VideoLAN, Netflix, Google, Plex or any other player or streaming service.
Open-source components
Cuemend uses open-source libraries under the MIT license. See the list of components.
